I have been a customer of the monthly subscription since the car wash opened under previous ownership and have two vehicles on the plan. Since new ownership I have noticed that the quality of wash has progressively gone downhill. They no longer put a brush on the vehicle when you pull up and there seems to be a film that appears on the exterior including windows.You cant share this feedback with the kids that work there as they don't know what to do with the feedback other than get offended and I have never seen the owner on the property. I am there at least once per week and some weeks more than once.I hope these rather small issues get addressed as I would like to see this business succeed.

Okay so I guess I'm a car guy. And being in the profession that I'm in I obsesse about the details. So depending on where you fall you can give this place a 5 star review or a 1 star review. Average Joe that takes their car to this car wash won't be bothered too much. It's an automatic wash with one attendant that will scrub the windows, wheels, and the bumpers. For me it looks like they use a nylon brush for some of the scrubbings which is a no no. And also the attendant can be a little rough when scrubbing down. It's not anything where they will scratch the car or anything but you wonder. So if you have a brand new vehicle I wouldn't take it here. Or if your car is a garage queen definitely don't take it here. But most of those guys will be hand washing in the first place. Overall it's not a bad place for a quick wash.

Mediocre car wash in terms of getting my car clean. Removed much of the surface dirt, but the back and hood, as well as under the doors on the sides were clearly not washed/scrubbed well. But if you’re just looking to get the surface dirt off your car, it’ll do the trick. $13 for a deluxe wash.

Went for a car wash no soap was dispensed. The car came out with greasy streaks on the sides. The vaccum had no power. So we left and went to another car wash right afterwards. Never again!

This is my second visit. I came back because I was impressed how well the attendant pre-washed the front, sides, and back of the car prior to going through the automatic wash.However, on this visit, new attendant, no pre-wash. I would suggest some consistency. $17 is alot of money to have bird poo left on the car after the wash.

Thought I try this place out since I had a great experience in the dealership; I was wrong. $25 spent on the premium wash only for the car to still be dirty and have scratches. My car is pretty much new, less than a month old. Extremely disappointed in this service. Attendant could probably be a little more easy on the brush against the car at the beginning.

I was in this morning and it was fast enough but the attendant started banging the brush against the back of my car which I’m glad didn’t break anything but after the whole thing the car wasn’t even any cleaner it was just wet. I’ve been to this place a couple times because I work next door and it was never especially good compared to other places around that are cheaper but this isn’t even worth the convenience anymore. Save your money and and go literally anywhere else where they aren’t trying to break your car.

Not the cheapest, but I've never gotten any scratches from this wash and the quality is pretty good.
