I like Dr. Riddhi Shah but the office telephone system is really really bad. Since last six months, the appointment booking just does not work. Nobody answers the calls.

Awful. I’ve called now four different times and can’t speak to anyone about getting an appointment sooner. This is not right and we shouldn’t be waiting on the phone for thirty minutes without anyone answering.

So I had my children's Nana take them to the doctors for their physicals today and was less then satisfied with the customer service. My Dr nurse was not the most inviting with her words. She made me feel patronized and very low. I have never been so frustrated.
