I would give no stars if possible. The infant room had fewer issues (people brought their sick babies even with hand foot and mouth, so be aware your infant will always be sick, but the teacher in that class means well). The day my child was moved to the 1 year old room at 8 months was when the hell broke loose. I'd pick up my daughter with bruises that came with no explanation, constant confusion about what she could and could not consume, despite constant discussion and poor communication between staff. She was always in the 2 year old room when I'd pick her up, I'd have other clothes and bottles in her bag and her things went missing. Consistent diaper rash and most nights I'd pick her up with a full diaper. When I pick her up, the young women would have boyfriends in the 2 year old room. The director refuses to acknowledge errors made by staff and everyone makes excuses or blames a different shift. No one knows why or when my daughter was bitten one day and after I called the director 6x, I still haven't heard back from her. No one knows why my child had a huge black and blue bruise on her head which took 2 weeks to fade, but they did know she took a nap. Both times I was told she was given tlc. What is that? Does that help if she has a concussion? Does it help if the kid that bit her has hep c? And not one call when these incidents occurred. I'm beside myself worth the experience my daughter has had! I immediately pulled her out and don't recommend anyone bring their child here. Ever. And I intend to report gods "center" to the office of early childcare for CT.
