I must say my father and I had the best experience with the manager of the bank. His name is Shohag Khandaker. He treated us with the upmost respect. We just can not say enough good things about Shohag!!!!!! He deserves all the Kudos in the world for the job he does. Thank you Webster bank for having such a wonderful bank manger..not to mention he is extremely personable.

One of if not the slowest banks when it comes to customer service. May be due to under staffing but it’s never quick that’s for sure always a process and I don’t walk into banks for this main reason.

They should have zero stars but I can't post unless I "rate" Do not get an account here. They are the worst. Very inconvenient in every way. If you ask them anything they have to talk to a manager. Why don't you people know how to do your job!!!!! They will hold your money!!! & They will charge you to use your money!!! I've been going back n forth all day to them proving I'm me and they won't let me have access to my account
