went in to buy something as soon as they opened on 3/12. There was a woman that works there, she was really nice, but she didnt have to have the keys to get what i needed so she called for someone. Here comes this guy with an attitude like it bothered him to help customers. walks up and says "what do you need" i point and he opens the case. Anyway i get outside and realize wrong med, so go back in and the lady calls Mr. Attitude again and he comes back worse attitude than first time telling me i should of picked the right one the first time, this guy Matthew the supposed asst. manager has NO business being in sales, should not have a job helping customers and in NO way should be in a supervisory position. It was way too early in the morning to have that much attitude with paying customers. As long as this guy is working there we will not use that Walgreens again.

Pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE employee's so rude it was a Fri I had 3 items I wanted to purchase with my prescription the larger guy with blondish hair said no we are busy u have to go up front to make your purchase mind you no one was behind me and no one in their drive thru I said are you serious he said yes ok well photo took me what a wonderful shift manager took care of me and apologized. The pharmacist also never once looked up to acknowledge there was a problem with his employee just worst Pharmacy ever!!!!!! The store is great though. Sorry about the 1 star but I've called corporate twice on this Pharmacy and I can see they don't care either its a shame. I see also more comment's on here also about the Pharmacy being rude someone worded it correctly saying they seem aggravated that they have to do their job. Look for different employment if you don't like your job.

Not my favorite drugstore. In fact, if you don't stay on top of them and call often to make sure you're prescriptions ready, You may not get it in time

Typical store.
Drive threw / and pharmacy isn't very friendly though
Have had to contact corporate because the manager got extremely rude with me.
Last time the drive threw lady was rude in telling me the medication wasn't ready.
Easily avoidable bad reviews.

The employees are so rude. They are so snotty every time I call to inquire about a prescription I need and they haven’t filled for 3 days. So frustrating .

Absolutely worst service I have ever received at a pharmacy! No wonder the cvs always has a line out of their door for their pharmacy! This Walgreens pharmacy employees are very rude as well as the pharmacy managers. I have cancer and switched my medicine to this pharmacy, they made me wait 3 days almost 4 to get the pain medicine my doctor prescribed to help me function throughout the day. They gave me nothing but attitude and a hard time. When I called the store I spoke to a manager or assistant manager who was very nice and took initiative to help the situation. After I called corporate to make a formal complaint, the store manager called and was basically to me coming up with excuses for his employees behavior instead of correcting it and making me feel like something was going to be done. I will never recommend this Walgreens or even another Walgreens pharmacy at this point! I’m disgusted with how they treat their customers, especially those who have cancer!

I went to do my covid test the lady never call me back never got the email but give my results to my family member never ask them for their name so my information was given out without my consent im going to be calling the corporate office. They told me my covid was negative im positive to covid they should take classes before they be working on the pharmacy floor

Don't try to pick up your script on weekends...they never have a pharmacist on duty. And if you need something really quick, it won't happen because they only have one person checking people out even if there are 6 people waiting in line to checkout. I guess they can't afford staff cuz the executives just got their bonuses. Smh

A bit chaotic prescriptions service. But then the whole drug industry is utter chaos, so I'm not sure about walgreens.Folks seem friendly. Prices seem ok for regular OTC stuff. Needed to use the restroom, locked. Asked for the combination, they go on loudspeaker and ask for customer service. Silly, funny. Stupid too.It's an American health care corporation, lower your expectations, and be happier. Exoect mediocrity.

They cancel prescriptions then act like the doctor did. If there’s any issues with your prescription they won’t call you but will wait till you call them days later. They also won’t process your coupons/discounts and will say they did. Truly incompetent people working behind the pharmacy, are they even licensed?I’ve also had a Covid test preformed without them asking for my name or ID. I had to call back to get results and they again did not ask for a name and was given the results over the phone. Sketchy at best.

Best walgreens so far. Pick up the phone faster then other chains, offer coupons when you have no insurance and get medication ready considerably fast
