By far the worst pharmacy location within the city. Extremely rude reception and an inability to care about customer concerns. I recommend you skip this pharmacy.

I am done. I'll get my prescriptions at CVS from now on. I have been getting my prescriptions at the East Main Street, Meriden CT for 15 years now. This Walgreens is trash. The way that customers are being treated is very sad. When you hire individuals, the company should train them. But being respectful come from home. If you do not have good training at work or at home. This will be the outcome. Trash at its finest. This is the reflection of its environment. West side of Meriden.

Very friendly!
Had an issue with some pictures a while back and the guy went out of his way to help me!
I am very grateful for that!
And even have me a coupon for being patient while the machine had to restart which took a good long time

Pharmacy has lunch from130p-2p. I came on my lunch break and they were closed early. Disappointing as they do not have late hours.

Witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot before they screwed up my photo printing on two separate occasions. Under no circumstances should ANYONE visit this location. ITS THAT BAD.

I wish I had read the reviews, before using the pharmacy here in Meriden West main Street. I shouldn't even have to say anymore the reviews tell enough, I will be in touch with corporate Tuesday morning and make sure they read the prior review
I had surgery yesterday the surgeon called in a narcotic for me, the pharmacy tech was the rudest tech giving me incorrect information then giving me an attitude, which immediately upset me as I asked for a supervisor then who called herself a pharmacist I asked what her name was and her position she said it was Amanda the pharmacist I'm not even sure if this was her real name or she even was a pharmacist, she would not even apologize for the behavior of the tech who spoke to me in the manner, what's appalling is that she was trying to excuse her attitude! UNPROFESSIONAL !!as she had the same attitude as the tech. I'm very confused if this really was a pharmacist or another inexperienced untrained tech with an attitude.

The pharmacist Amanda Butkiewicz is not only rude, a racist and has no control of her very rude and unpleasant staff members!! Herself and Erika (a pharmacy tech) need to be fired immediately!! refusing to give prescriptions to PT's, responding rudely, telling PT's oh well you need the medication it's not my problem. Where did they obtain their certificates and license? Whatever school would be ashamed to know they're in the field responding and acting out of disrespect to people that need their services! I will be calling and complaining to corporate as well! I will never go back to this pharmacy and wouldn't recommend anyone else to!

Is the worst pharmacy ever I been to I went there to filled my prescription and they gave me different medication and wouldn't fix it but the staff from the pharmacy have a bunch young women that have no respect for the customers I highly recommend to everybody to avoid going to the Walgreens pharmacy on West main St in Meriden they do what they want and with an attitudes they should get rid of all those immature women and hired some respectful ladies

NO STAFF!!! Doors open with no staff on the floor EVER. impossible to drop FedEx packages unless you're willing to wait 15-30 minutes for someone to show up. why is this location still open?
