very poor services, they don't have pharmacy technician, just normal store workers who don't know what they are doing

Had an appointment for a COVID booster today at 12:00 noon. Waited with one person at each window and one ahead of me more than 40 minutes to check in while people around me were complaining they have been waiting more than an hour after their appointment time, and still haven't had their vaccine. One counter clerk Bryon, left the window and it was down to one untrained woman, who was unable to process anything. After waiting 45 minutes they tell me I need my RX Card, which is part of my insurance card, and the card states that, telling me at that point they can't me, after waiting 45 minutes. I had my first (2) Covid jabs at a Walgreens in Hamden without a problem, they are horrific, rude. If the attitude of Bryon doesn't put you off, the enormous wait for something that should take minimal time, with minimal people in line, the lack of training in how to handle a basic service will send you running to the CVS next door. People were storming out after being in line behind him, just frustrated and promising not to return, and I will have to add my name to that list of people not returning.

Take your Vaccinations somewhere else! This chronically understaffed facility will take hours to serve you, if at all. The pharmacy is super slow, and the people are overworked and ill-tempered--the front-of-store staff sighs and shrugs. I would complain about the service, BUT THERE ISN'T ANY. I left without a COVID booster because of their inability to meet a commitment. Note also that the pharmacy does not accommodate disabled individuals stuck in its interminably long lines. An ADA violation, perhaps? I asked Jeremiah, a store flunkie, for a number to complain to corporate--he gave me a non-working number.

I have been using Walgreens on East Main Street in Meriden since moving to Meriden over a year ago. It has been the worse and most frustrating pharmacy service I have encountered with any pharmacy. Half the time, prescriptions are not automatically refilled as requested, I don't receive the text notices informing me a prescription is ready as I was signed up for, and they are frequently having "Technical Issues" with their phone system and, as a result, the system drops your call after taking you through the entire automated system's options making it impossible to get through. It is dumbfounding that a business giant such as Walgreens can't address and fix such an issue. I'm on the verge of switching to CVS or Hancock's, which are both across the street.

Had a flu shot appointment. Person said 40 minute wait and she doesn't know why they let us make appointments lol. I am here now without an appointment and it looks like a 30 minute wait since I've been here for 25 minutes. Very understaffed
