I’ve been to the Apple Store. These guys are ten times better. Better prices better service and quicker. NEVER had a bad experience! My son is 12 and broke his phone a few times. They get you right in no matter what. Apple wanted 350 to fix the phone. These guys did it for 175.00. Tony in Wolcott

I brought in my Pixel 7 pro with a severely damaged screen and Hikmet fixed it on time and for a great price. We've used him multiple times in the past, and it's always been perfect.

I took my iPhone 11 in on Saturday due to the back screen was cracked. Was quoted 120.00. Everything else was working great. Was told it would take 45 mins to do the repair. So shopped around the mall. Came back at the 45 min time. Phone is not ready. They got busy. 4 hours later the owner comes up and says that the fuse to the charging port was damaged during the work. He had to order a new one. Should be in Tuesday or Wednesday. Got the call on Wednesday my phone was ready went to get it and notices there was pixel damage to the front screen. Which they replaced at no charge but then tried to say it was damaged when I brought it in. (It was not) get the phone home and put it on charger since it was at 1%. The phone overheated on the charger. To the point it shut down. I unplugged it and since it was at 72% figured that normally last a day or so. By the morning it was completely dead again. Put the phone on a different charger and it over heated again. Now it won't charge at all. I am stuck with no option but to get a new phone. I would have been better off with keeping it with the back screen being broke.

I paid $150 for a iPhone 11 back glass replacement. The technician who worked on my phone did a bad job. The camera lens was blurry and technician did not notice this before he gave me back my phone, I had to point it out and have him fix it, delaying the repair (strike 1). Also, the volume button and ringer mute switch were not working. I only identified this after I had already left (strike 2). After another technician promised he would fix this issue, I came back a few days later and spent several hours of my day waiting for a fix. Finally, the technician said he could not do anything about the ringer switch and blamed it on "sometimes things break when we disconnect battery from motherboard" (strike 3). They were "sorry for my wasted time". After hearing this I demanded to speak to the owner for a refund. They gave me his phone number, I called and he never called me back. Good thing I paid with my credit card as I was able to dispute the transaction and recover my funds. Stay away from this place.
