I had a very frustrating experience with Skechers customer service at this location. I waited over 15 minutes to speak with a manager on the phone and no response. The staff appeared overwhelmed and poorly trained to handle customer issues, which only added to my frustration. The lack of support and responsiveness was unacceptable. I expected much better from a well-known brand like Skechers. Hopefully, someone will address my concerns regarding my purchase after seeing this review.

I had a young gentlemen named Ryan help me he was fantastic and amazing and listened to everything I wanted his manners he was very respectful kind . With a person like that working there I will always come back and will give my business . He was the only person to help me and did not have an attitude Thankyou Ryan

Today in the afternoon I was walking in to the store with my 8 year old daughter to get her some sneakers but at soon as I opened the store door I witnessed a light skinned woman that appeared to be a Manager yelling at another female that appeared to be Spanish or black for whatever reason and I decided to exit the store with my daughter because it was not a professional or respectful seen for customers

While shopping for new sneakers today, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw an older looking employee getting in the face of a younger employee. After the altercation the older employee kicked a box and that’s when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I Will not be coming back to this Skechers.

Sadly while I was shopping today around 330/4ish, what seemed to be a manager got into a team members face and looked like he was going to swing on him. This place was and looked toxic!!
