Watch out for selda…. She’s nosey, jealous, and will talk you out of getting a loan. Also this bank is terrible never anyone there and long waits

Had to open up a new bank account. Got a same day appointment and was helped get everything sorted right away. Efficient, quiet location with great staff. Also love that they have online banking options, so that I can manage my account from home. No having to wait in lines and rush to the bank from work!

Having trouble with on line banking. Won’t recognize my acct number. Can’t log in and nobody to talk to after hours. Will be switching tomorrow. Never had any problems with any other bank after hours.

I am writing this review as I sit on the side of the road with my to very young kids stranded. While rushing to do daycare pickup today after a meeting ran long. I noticed I was out of gas. It initially started with a simple mistake. I put in the last 4 of my social instead of my pin, as I was distracted by the 6 month old and 2 year old. I immediately put the card back in and put the correct pin and the card was declined. I went into the station and put the card in and it was declined again. I checked my account and had more than enough. I decided to chance it and drive to the bank as it was a half mile away. The branch was closed, so I called card services. They shutdown my card because of the one failed attempt but told me I attempted multiple times and "couldn't" reactivate my card. They kept telling me to go to the branch in the morning. I explained that I had no way of getting home tonight and had kids with me. They insisted there was nothing they could do. Any bank that is willing to leave a women and two kids stranded for the night is not a bank I want to have. I will be closing my accounts in the morning. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

My family has had accounts here for over a decade. We've watched this place get slowly flushed down the toilet. I hate the remote teller machines, and nearly everyone who works here acts annoyed when you need to speak with a living human being. Also, at least twice a year, they have data breaches, and our debit cards get canceled, then we're left to wait for them to issue new cards. This is inconvenient and time consuming, but it seems to be the world we're living in now. I truly wish they would go back to having regular tellers. It was actually a nice, friendly place then.

Their systems are in the stone age they did a update that lock us out of our banking for almost a week they I call and it takes less time to get in touch with the irs the staff are great very helpful and friendly

I have been banking here for over 25 years. I have never had a bad experience until today when they did a "system upgrade". My money has been unavailable for four days now and the ATM fees are racking up because that is the only way to get money out of mine or my fiances account. I have been on the phone waiting to talk to someone for over 30 minutes. Whats more is while on hold i some how called and it was #7th then to #5th in the line to be answered but then somehow it jumps to 60th in the line. I cannot access my account online either because the information i put in, which i know is correct, is supposedly not found. WE HAVE RENT TO PAY!!!!! If this issue causes any problems with our auto payments or drafting from a check causing it to bounce I will be considering banking elsewhere. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!
