I went in on their busiest weekend and the lady at the front desk was still kind enough to make me two bouquets. She listened to what I wanted, stayed in my price point, and took time and care to make gorgeous bouquets. Thanks again!!

I had asked if I could get some Hawaiian flowers in the arrangement i was having sent and they did not disappoint. I have used them several times in the past and I could not be happier. They go above and beyond to please. Fantastic floral shop. So friendly too

I ordered flowers in November to be sent to a wake for a friend who lost her Mom...Spent $100 and it was so small and not even attractive...We were embarrassed when we saw them ~ my friend deserved better and I couldn't apologize enough for them...

Got my wedding bouquet from here. Not exactly what I asked for. I asked for no roses and still got a huge one. Also one of the types flowers I specifically asked for was wilted upon pickup (like each one in the bouquet was wilted, not just one or two). Staff was really nice and it was a good price.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a poor review in my life… I mean who has the time? But because today was the day 3 years ago that I met the person I love, I’m going to take the time … My girlfriend sent me a picture of the roses in which I paid $120, and they looked old, damaged, and some were dead. They asked me to send pictures, to which I did. They asked if it were okay to give me $20 back… I said, I paid $120. They then said they will give me $32. Come on man. I’ll never order from them again, and I recommend you do the same.

My 1st time using this place. I ordered flowers with balloons yesterday (3/16) and requested to have it delivered on Thursday (3/18). Well what do you know my order came TODAY!!!No reason given except" it was a mistake". This was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my boss when she'll be in the office tomorrow. So needless to say the surprise was ruined. Then when I called back the owner answered(very dry and rude) and told me my option is for them to pickup the flowers from my job and redeliver then tomorrow( you know..the actual day they should've been delivered..smh) at either 8am or 4pm. That was not helpful since the flowers were delivered to the front desk,the delivery person asked for my boss ( even though I specifically stated to Frankie yesterday when I called to either ask for or call me on my cell which I provided) so the front desk person called my boss( at home) and told her she has a flower delivery and took a picture of the flowers and sent it to her). So delivering it tomorrow was completely pointless and the surprise was ruined. All because the flowers were not delivered on the correct day. I'd like to add the correct delivery day is printed on the card that's right inside the flowers and the owner even confirmed that the date for Thursday was on the card propped on a stick in the flowers. I will NEVER use this place again!!! High prices and bad service

Simply put, Rose Flower and Gifts is the best florist in our area. Each arrangement, no matter what the occasion, is artfully done with the freshest of flowers and greenery and maintains its beauty far longer than expected. Choosing another florist is a waste of time and money. With Rose, you will never be disappointed. Thank you.
