Apologies for the late kudos. This dealership came to my rescue when my AC failed in the heat of the summer. Everyone, especially the service manager was attentive and made sure that my AC was in perfect working condition before my vehicle left. I recently visited to get an oil change and it was a very quick service ! I was attended by Lina and she honestly took great care of my services and was very patient with my questions which I really appreciated .I Would highly recommend this place to anyone, very professional !!!

I was referred to Marcus by an acquaintance. I explained what we were looking for and he provided me with several options; by the time we visited the dealer, they had our preferred car ready to test drive. We meet with Josh to fill out the quickest application ever. In less than 15 minutes, we had all our financial options laid out; not even an hour later, we had all our insurance updated and drove home on our new car. If you have a busy schedule, they are the best to assist you. Quick, efficient, and don't try to sell you unnecessary things, just what is necessary to fulfill your needs. We got what we want and need. If you need honest people that are not only after a sale, this is the place to go.

I would NEVER step foot inside this dealer ship EVER AGAIN! These people should learn how to treat people if they want repeat customers! The service department is also terrible beyond unprofessional the director should be fired with her disgusting attitude. The head tech Jose was very helpful and respectful and concerned about where my car was being left! The director said she would leave my 2023 widebody hellcat outside so I decided to pick it up and she told me don’t be hostile I explained to the tech that I did not want my car left outside or I would pick it up! He told me I understand and he would bring it in every night my car was at their dealer! Also the director of service is the reason my car isn’t being repaired cause she told me it’s sus that my drive shaft is broken with 7 k miles which “ITS NOT ITS A VERY COMMON DODGE PROBLEM AND SHOULD BE A RECALL AT THIS POINT! I contacted Dodge to report every last worker In this dealer ship who gave me attitude. If you’re going to “BUY A DODGE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER SHIP JUST LOOK UP THE WEBSITE CLICK SALES AND LOOK AT THE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH! Go to executive Dodge where they TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CUSTOMERS ROBERTS DODGE IS THE WORST DODGE DEALER IN THE STATE OF CT!!! I have videos to show how they treat people

Disgusted by the unprofessional and extremely rude customer service here. If you want your vehicle actually SERVICED bring it elsewhere. Will leave your vehicle outside if you miss a phone call and needs to be picked up even if voiced that you do not want your vehicle outside. Not welcoming at all. Very much problematic floor staff. Will withhold corporate information that is allowed to be given to customer per request, because they’re aware that the distasteful service would be reported “I’m not giving the contact information you can just look it up”. On that note save yourselves the time and go where someone cares!

Should be a zero star review: First service they punctured the evaporator while replacing the heater core and broke the actuator for the floor vents. This last service their "master tech" threw $1200+ of parts and labor at the AC system while guessing and then said the brand new compressor is bad... Failed to notice the bad condenser fan motor, left the air intake disconnected under the hood, lost the o-rings for the AC service ports, and failed to diagnose the non-working floor vents. The service dept management is extremely rude and unprofessional and the "master techs" seem incompetent. Approximately $2500 total into the climate control system and they left it more broken than when it was dropped off.To add: As I'm replacing the condenser fan motor they failed to diagnose I'm noticing the bolts holding the condenser coil in the fan housing are missing after they replaced the condenser as part of their diagnosis/throwing parts at it and guessing.

I bought my car a few months ago from a completely unrelated "reputable" dealership in NC. I was in CT for travel with my young baby when my car started giving me all sorts of issues. I thought it was the alternator so I contacted Roberts service Center to get my car in. They told me they would do their best to look at it within the week and told me I could leave it with them as early as the next day and they would try to squeeze it in earlier if they had time. They were true to their word and looked at it a couple days after dropping off. They even sent me photos of the issue! they told me it could take up to 2 weeks to fix and I was so happy when they called me less than a week later to let me know it was ready to pick up. Robert's customer service was impeccable and I'm so glad I chose them especially since I don't know the area atall! I spoke with Devonte and Valerie and they were both amazing and absolute Assets to the company. I would 100% recommend Robert's service Center to anyone. Thanks again!

I took my truck there to get service, because it got stuck in 4 gear, after spending $5700 plus . They still couldn’t figure out what the problem was. and I had to wait almost 3 weeks for parts. They wanted me to spend an additional $1200 what a rip off. I can never go back there, and I will never recommend this place to anyone I know.

My first Toyota Matrix was purchased from Josh @ Roberts Chrysler/Dodge Ram....The best car I ever had....and I've been stuck on Toyota ever since ! Josh Gregoire was great to work with and I had no issues with that 2005 Matrix in APX 2012..

Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for my needs. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, with a great selection of Dodge cars to choose from. The purchasing process was efficient and stress-free, and the finance team was incredibly helpful in securing financing. Overall, I highly recommend this Dodge dealership to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience.

Pros: Friendly service.Cons: Quite a deceptive service department. Three times, I asked for (and paid for) synthetic oil, and three times I did not get synthetic oil. I did not realize until I started checking the oil P/N on the invoice.I called a while ago, and they helped to (financially) remedy 1-2 of those times, but this does negate the fact that I drove 8,000 miles on conventional oil - multiple times.For example, I paid for synthetic oil here but received 68055890AA - which is conventional.I don’t go there any more.

I had the BEST, and easiest car buying experience ever. Josh Gregoire was my salesperson. I was searching for a specific color, and found a few online. One within 25 miles of my home, and the one at Robert's which was a 133 miles away. Roberts had the best price, and clearly the easiest buying experience. I drove 2 hours to see the vehicle and the whole transaction took less than an hour, and I drove away in my new truck. they had all the paperwork ready, truck detailed, and the financing department took less than 5 minutes. it actually took me longer to clean out my truck, than it did to buy it. I wasn't expecting to drive away with the truck at that time, but they made the whole process easy.Thanks to the whole team at Robert's CDR.

Charged me 75 dollars for doing absolutely nothing and would not return me my keys until I paid, and very disrespectful they were going to charge me 217 dollars for a 6 dollar part on Amazon and it takes 15 minutes to install ( a friend did it for me the next week), Went to Robert,s thinking I have a 10 year warranty bumper to bumper all parts and labor. Think they would call me if there was a problem with warranty before they would bring vehicle into garage
