I just want to say thank you so much for helping pick out the perfect suit for my wedding. Not sure if you want to promote lgbtq+ friendly ness but I just had to say thank you. You made the process so easy, you were helpful and didn’t treat me oddly for wanting a suit.. I had a not great experience before coming into your shop.. also we discovered they do tailoring and have a seamstress at their locations so my bride had them do her gown and omg she looked amazing. They were able to sew a piece of her father’s shirt(who had passed) on the inside which was so important to her.
Such professionals, he just looked at us and knew exactly what size and what we needed. We looked and felt amazing thanks to you. We totally will recommend Romani’s to everyone! Your new shop in Meriden looks amazing by the way, I drive by often for work!

The in store experience was Good, but the prep of the tux was subpar as it wasn't ironed to my standards with the pants having double creases as though they weren't ironed prior to pick up.
For the price of $300+ I figured that prep of the Tux would've been impeccable.

This is a hidden gem in Meriden Mall. They're about to expand with a second location. The owner is a doll, super helpful, and accommodating. Maritza is my favorite. She will help you get all the things you need. They have a wide selection in suits, jackets, shirts, ties, shoes, hats, and so much more. This definitely will be the location where we get all things for my husband and my son. Prom is coming and he will be there.

I really appreciate this place .… they have pretty much everything you could need and if they don’t have it they can order it. They also have a good price range for just about everyone and a great selection and or a wide variety of options.

We brought my daughter’s prom dress in to be altered. We had taken it to another seamstress and we were not pleased with the result. The seamstress at Ramani’s was absolutely amazing! She made the dress fit like a glove and it was done in 2 days! She was a lifesaver! Will definitely go back to her!

We went in twice the first time hoping to pick a suit for my husband the second time my son asked to stop in as he was looking for a suit The Man behind The desk was rather rude didn't take the time to help us so we went somewhere else to buy our suits

We purchased a suit, shirt and bow tie for prom. They wrapped it all up. Opened the suit to get ready for prom and found that they had not given us the bow tie. We called the store and they had it. I asked for a refund as we did not receive the item. I was speaking to the owner and was told they couldn't do it because they were busy. "He would call the next day. Never heard from him. Called again the person was not trained on refund. Called again manager not there. Called a fourth time and was told it was my fault I left it behind so no refund can be issued. This was not a return. This was an item I paid for but was not given. I spent over $800 in the store and they would not refund the item. Horrible Customer Service! They basically just stole from me and lost a customer.

While attempting to either rent or buy formal wear, the young man was more concerned with me throwing him "$50" for assisting me in locating a jacket or suit. He stated at least 5 times in my 10 minutes around him, to throw him "$50 on the side."Under normal circumstances, I'd consider this begging.....This is some shady business ...I literally walked out; shocked an employee would try to swindle me out of my hard earned coins.To the gentleman, I do hope you grow out of ignorance and not be shallow all for the sake of a small coin.

Horrible experience at this store. I paid for an item they forgot to give me and when I asked for a refund they refused! Went to get a suit for my son for prom. Bought the suit, shirt and bow tie. They bagged it up and we left. Day of prom my son is getting ready and there is no bow tie. Call the store and speak to the owner. They have it. It was left in the dressing room. Ok to late to get it so I ask for a refund. Owner is obviously not happy says he is to busy to do the refund so he will call me tomorrow. Of course no call so I call them on Monday. The person who answers has not been trained on refunds so I need to call back later. Call again the next day. Can't do it only the owner can - ask me to call back. Call again and now I'm told it's my fault I left it there and I can not get a refund. I explain again you packaged the suit from the dressing room and told us it was in the suit pocket. It was not. I didn't forget. You never gave me the item. I simply want my money back for an item I was not given but I had already paid for. Refuse to help me. They are so happy to take your money but refuse to help when they make a mistake. No integrity, no customer service. They do not care one bit about their customers and sadly they do not care about repeat business because I will not be back.
