THIS LOCATION BOOKED ME A FAKE APPOINTMENT. I made an appointment online for this exact location. The earliest time available was 7:40am. When I arrived the building was closed and nobody was around. I waited until 8:00am when a nurse finally opened the door. I told her I had an appointment at 7:40 but she told me that was impossible because the quest only opens at 8:00. When I showed her my appointment confirmation on my phone she rudely told me there was nothing she could do and walked away without waiting for me to respond. The nurses here are unprofessional and lack patience, I would not recommend coming here.

I’ll never schedule an appointment at Quest on Pomeroy Avenue again. I’ve had blood drawn several times and have never experienced the pain I felt the other day. The injection spot is still sore days later and I have a bruise the size of a softball. That blond lady should not be drawing anyone’s blood.

Absolutely horrible phlebotomist! Not sure if has received any formal education. Poor and painful blood drawing. Spare yourself some pain and go elsewhere!!! 1 star because google does not allow 0.

Couldn't get an appt so I went in person and was on standby, understanding there would be a wait. The person calling names was rude and almost scolding that I didn't have an appt (they were fully booked on line). I noticed they were only taking one person at a time. After an hour, I pleasantly asked if there was only one person taking blood (the screen I'm waiting room indicated they were taking only one patient at a time). She snapped at me, saying that people were taking breaks. (Leaving only one phlebotomist on staff for the whole hour?) They appeared to be understaffed. I waited awhile longer, then left.

My daughter had an appointment on 5/2/23 at 11:30 at this location.Run is all I can say.The phlebotomist is not a people person nor does she belong in this profession.She was rude and condescending.Is not a nurse or doctor yet acted like she was.She needs to be removed from this job.Also demanded that a payment was made.I have also been serviced by this rude individual in the past and cannot say enough bad things about her.

Appointment was easy online as was check in upon arrival. Taken in a few minutes before my appointment time which was nice. Phlebotomist that drew my blood was exceptional. Always great service at this location. Thankyou!

Took 2 hours to get me in and all I heard was women chatting in back.1/2 customers left. Don't come to this office. If u do, plan on bringing ur lunch and a friend to chat with instead of listening to the workers partying behind closed doors.

Arrived at 7:30. 2 technicians are talking for 20 min. They then start calling appointments first. Techs Left me in the waiting room because I didn’t have an appointment. Even though they had no one else for 20 min. ???????

They open at 6:30am yet have 1 person working. How is that supposed to manage appointments and walk ins? They should have at least 2 people available at that time. It’s always busy first thing in the morning. This style of appointments is ridiculous. I got there at 6:30am as a walk in and waited over an hour because they only had 1 person working and she is always extremely slow. I have a job to get to which is why I got here first thing. If it wasn't so urgent from my Doctor of course I would have made an appointment but medical emergencies come up that we can’t control with an appointment. The staff is great but they clearly need more of them.

It was extremely easy and convenient to get my blood drawn here at the Pomeroy location. I believe the phlebotomist’s name was Cristen. I want to say how amazingly skilled she is. I usually procrastinate getting blood work done due to unpleasant past experiences. Cristen made it quick and painless despite the fact that I had a substantial amount taken. If I ever have to get blood drawn again, I hope that I can somehow request her?! Thank YOU Cristen for your expert care! You make a difference!!!
