The afternoon phlebotomist at Midstate Medical Center is excellent & second to none in quality. She is outstanding, caring, careful, considerate and best of all - quick!

No response via E-Mail. never on time even with appointment. Staff takes 5 to 15 after each appointment... Waist of time just waiting and none else waiting to get in... why?
