Store manager and customer support is horrible, I bought rotors and brake pads for front and rear of my truck. Front were correct but gave me wrong rear. Lost the receipt will not exchange. I will never buy anything from Oreily Auto parts again really bad return policy. Store Manager has no respect for customers . Really aggressive towards me and didn’t want to deal with me. I recommend other part stores with customer friendly support and return policies. They don’t even deserve 1 star just unprofessional. Spoke to District manager I can see how they hire such rude and unprofessional Store managers.

karlos is a genuine guy. He make sure the customers get exactly what they need. I work in the health care I literally don't know anything about cars. Karlos spend the time to listen to my car problems. He make sure I bought what I need. Honest guy with awesome ? customer service skills.The auto parts shops need people like karlos. This is now my go to shop, for all my car parts. Thanks man.

It was the best auto parts store for me to this day, the employee Mario... disastrous, rude and with a very bad attitude... honestly, if you don't like your job, go somewhere else where it is not your responsibility to serve paying customers. for a service

Staff is always awesome. Parts are not always in stock but available ship to store very quick. Normal maintenance inventory is great. Fun to shop here.
