I strongly recommend getting an appraisal done if you do decide to shop here. Between me and my father in law we spent around 2k for 400 dollars worth of jewelry. Also, good luck getting your money back when you catch them. They gave us the run around for an hour before finally deciding to refund out purchases, receipt in hand, 1 day after the initial purchase.

I have done business with them in the past and had pleasant experiences. However today I went in looking for something simple. I guess since what I wanted was something simple and not crazy expensive, the lady did not see any incentives in helping me, hence no desire to help me. She was more worried about a customer who came in after me who was looking at pricier jewelry. She rushed me and made me feel as if I was bothering her. She looked disgusted with me every time I would ask a question. I ended up just leaving saying I needed to think about it. Even though it was because she clearly had no desire to help me and made me feel unwanted.

We stopped in Michael's on a whim at the beginning of our ring search and ended up staying with them for the entire process. Robert Winters and the entire Michaels team were excellent and responsive. They made every effort to accommodate us, our custom ring and all our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
