Pros: was only local metro store open when they were supposed to be
Cons: out of the two employees there when I came in, there was an older man helping my fiance and I. We had a complicated issue and he got increasingly (and visibly) frustrated while walking us through what to do, even laughing at us and saying we just weren’t understanding what he was saying. The situation continued to escalate and he became increasingly rude, shouting after us as we left that my fiance had “issues within himself” after my fiance finally said something about the way he was talking to us. Working with the public can be frustrating, especially when trying to work out a complicated issue, but there’s no excuse for how blatantly rude he was to us just out of frustration with ZERO provocation. Absolutely ridiculous and completely ruined our experience in the store.

Came in to upgrade mine and my children's phone after paying almost $700.00 my phone line had no service they prompted me to wait up to 48 hours. 9 days later came back in still no service asked to refund my new phone purchase. They manager stated they could not refund the $40 activation fee but he would credit the account for the 9 days my phone was off and the $40. Left the store, the next day both the kids new phone are shut off due to non payment. Three weeks later still no service and returning the phones to go to Verizon. The managers solution to the problem was to get a new phone number when I've had this number for 15 years and it's the only number my six year old knows. Very unprofessional
Worst store ever apparently you can't return upgrades. Do not go to this location. Ended up being out $100 after they couldn't do anything about the activation fees.

So we went in to upgrade our family plan. (4 phones) everyone has an upgrade due. Each upgrade means you buy a new phone. Both my kids phones go fine. My wife line doesn't work and nobody seems to know why. That was 11 days ago. Wake up this morning to all 4 of my lines out for 'lack of payment.' My bill isn't due till the 8th. It's the 2nd how do I have a bill? Because it a process to try and fix my wife's line they took her line off the family plan and put it back on. Four times. Each time they do it, it's a $44 dollar charge. That just keeps adding up. Now they are at 72.04 somehow and all my line are down. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a cell phone upgrade ever.

This location should be avoided. I recently bought a new phone and wanted to put insurance on it. Costumer service adviced me I had to do it in store. When I arrived at the store the clerk said I couldn't put insurance on the phone, that they didnt even sold that phone. I contacted costumer service Who informed he was wrong and Just didnt want to do his job.

This place is super helpful!! I went in with a new phone from Metro PCS that I had no idea how to set up. Even though I did not buy the phone there, they went above and beyond helping me reset and set up the phone. I am very grateful to Emae and Melida. Thank you, guys!

This location is one to avoid if you had your phone less than 14 days they find a way for you to not get the new customer deal of discounted phone if you have to bring original back in time frame due to an issue, had to pay full price of phones, plus 63 n change was charged under a Bluetooth stereo and said it was activation and activation was right above it.

Hailey was very patient and kind. We had sim issues, she stayed an hour past the store closing time to make sure we are taken care of. She has an exceptional knowledge and she was efficient as well!

I have been struggling for a few weeks with my banking app. It's an app I rely very heavily on. Went to the bank and they tried to help me gain access. No luck. Stopped by Metro PCS on Cook Ave in Meriden and spoke with Sam. So glad I did. Within 5 minutes, without breaking a sweat Sam figured out the issue and I was able to regain access to my app and info. I was thrilled and he was happy to help. 5 star service today!!!
