In late August of this year my privacy was violated, where the branch manager Lisa M. Logodicio and a teller by the name of Matilda decide to disclose information about my account out loud in the lobby where there was other customers present and I know that I’m the only holder to the account which they also failed to apologize or even acknowledge that they were in the wrong. I did try to speak to Lisa’s supervisor Market Manager Christina Maillet which also fail to apologize and understand my point of view and concern of not just my privacy as well as others privacy but it seems like they don’t take it seriously unless it happens to them.

This bank has been fine up until some security issues I've had with them. Last summer, there was a mysterious charge for someone else's cell phone with a carrier I don't even use. I disputed the charge, and after a month, got my money back with a letter in the mail that said "Our ivestigation has confirmed that an error did in fact occur." Oh? No kidding! Nice of you tell me why it happened or if it was even a result of someone having access to my debit card information. Regardless, they gave me a new card and on went life until now.

Love Liberty Bank and love the Meriden Branch. They’re representatives are always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I’ve recommended several people to them over the years. The only “gripe” I could have with them is the bank not having a branch in the northwest side of town. Otherwise, outstanding!

Has good customer service. You get your debit card right then and there when opening a account. Their atm is awesome. Giving you the choice of a bigger withdrawal at one time. That saves atm fees to be able to make one withdrawal versus multiple.
