PEASE PLEASE PLEASE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My boyfriend bought his GMC terrain from this dealership shown in the picture below, he was so excited to have this car after being without a car for a few months. After literally 2 months of having the car the engine goes, he is now paying for not only a dead car but also for insurance that he can't even use, he tried calling the dealership but they callously just told him to total it with the insurance, which still leaves him without a car. This economy has been tough enough with the rise in prices on everything it takes a real evil person to sell a lemon car to someone without a care in the world especially in these times, please please please SAVE YOUR MONEY, these people are truly working in vain and they're only looking for the commission to pay their own bills and vacations. This place is undeniably unprofessional and maliciously taking your money, please please please do not go here !!!!!!!!

When it comes to hospitality… these guys take it to the next level. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience with House of Cars, from answering any of my questions with all of the patience in the world, to simply offering me a soda when there was a wait time. The management and staff are great communicators. Juliana promptly answered all of my questions as I am an out of state buyer and I felt satisfied working with her. I now own a gorgeous 2012 Mercedes C250 that runs beautifully. I'm so lucky I found House of Cars CT!!.

My son purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 in November. The vehicle developed a brake issue recently. I spoke with Christian who had me bring the car right in. Even though it was past the warranty period, Al authorized complimentary replacement of the front and rear brake pads. They also replaced some lug nuts and took great care to make everything right. I couldn’t have asked for more; great dealership and kudos to Al and Christian for their support!
