This hotel is simply not appropriate for youth hockey families in town for a tournament. I don't even know how they got approved to be on the list. There is no onsite restaurant/bar, there is no lobby to socialize in & management was very unaccommodating & rude. They would not allow parents to congregate or socialize in the "breakfast" room, we were forced to stand around in the parking lot & then rudely told by the manager to "go to our Rooms/go to bed". Rooms were not clean & beginning to show signs of wear & tear (grout missing on bathroom tile floor). Overall a terrible experience & I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this dump again. Manager needs an attitude adjustment.
Food and drinks: None, nothing except a very mediocre free breakfast.

Location nearby business venue. Clean and quiet. Room was spacious. Complimentary breakfast with plenty of protein and fat made the stay perfect. Very minor inconvenience are lack of USB chargers. Bring your wall warts!

My family and I stayed here over the weekend, the stay was very very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Overall a great stay and experience! Thank you! Will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament (stay-to-play hotel). At 11:30 am in the hotel parking lot, 2 guys tried to carjack my car with my son in the car.
The hotels response was that this has never happened before and there is crime everywhere. How disappointing!
In addition to the safety issue, the hotel is old and run down

Eh. Curtains were noticeably broken in the room, bathroom had lotion for soap locked in the shower, hallways had plugins - breakfast wasn’t that great. Staff was very nice and still slept just fine.

I had a week long business conference in town and I can say I wish my company books my stay here again! It was an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff were very nice and responsive. The free breakfast was made to perfection every morning. 10/10 stay!

Updated: the manager below was lying! The staff was super unprofessional and we were complaining about that, and then she said we’re nasty and kept raising her voice and being emotional. It was our safety being threatened not her. .
The front desk staff was yelling at me saying I was nasty. She also asked me to leave while I was checking in.

Our stay was overall pleasant but our room was not. Someone else included photos a year ago and this room #114 clearly has had water and current mold issues. It smelled like a pool upon first coming in and then we noticed the water issues from some past incident. In my opinion this room should not be in use in the state it’s in. It’s seemed clean (or we would have left) but there was some hair in the tub. My only other complaint about the room was that the two “queen” beds were really full sized. I hope there are plans to renovate this room soon.
On a positive note, the breakfast was great, the lobby was nice, and the staff were helpful and polite. I will say being on the first floor near the lobby was a bit loud but thankfully we had a sound machine. I feel like for the area this hotel is probably the nicest around, but the room issues need to be addressed. There’s no way that’s up to code.

I love this place! Stayed there twice, and I absolutely love it.
The staff are so friendly and although the breakfast is not fancy and there are not so many options, it is always fresh.

The hotel was fine. They were painting some rooms and the whole hallway smelled like paint. There are only thick curtains on the ground floor. Sheers only on the 2nd & 3rd floor. The ladies at the front desk did send someone to put up thick curtains ?

Unfortunately have to change my review for the nasty treatment and customer service by the girl who tried checking me in. If you’re paying 140$ a night plus a 100$ deposit (which isn’t specified or listed when booking direct through IHG with a credit card) you should have a bathroom fan that works decent and the bathtub shouldn’t drain so poorly. Also stains on towels is gross. Instead of getting confrontational and telling the customer they are wrong about the deposit policy that that specific individual explained to me during my last stay months prior she should’ve informed me that they had made changes. Had to leave go work for another 3 hours before I could check in so I overslept and missed breakfast. Also it’s very rude to speak to other customers walking past because they know them while checking me in. This place is ghetto to say the least and is worth maybe half of what they charge a night. I will go pay almost the same and stay at Hilton where I’m treated better. Even some of the cheaper hotels in the area are nicer. As someone that has worked in management and customer service for over a decade that girl definitely needs to be retrained on customer service but the other girls working were very pleasant.
