Long story short……. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get my son his formula, very grateful they were able to help me while I was in great distress looking for my son’s formula!

My Drs office recommended this place for my babies formula as I was having a hard time finding it & wic does not cover it. I had to drive far out & the grocery stores had a limit I can purchase. This place has been great on time delivery & I’m in New Haven. Totally grateful & appreciate I don’t have to run around town looking for formula also the fact that the grocery stores do limit the amount of cans you pick up in a trip, where this place actually gives me a few months ahead supply. This place has saved me so much time & energy. I highly recommend.

I only gets formula in the mail from this pharmacy and never been there. But it must be small because they keep in hold forever.

Roger, the owner, is about as incompetent as they come. We have a prescription for formula from our doctor and were instructed to use Graeber's Pharmacy to fill the order. We confirmed multiple times with our insurance company that the formula with the prescription is absolutely covered. After multiple back and forth conversations with the pharmacy's receptionist (who was very pleasant to deal with), it was communicated to us that Roger said that the insurance company doesn't know what they're talking about and that the formula is NOT covered under insurance, which simply isn't true. Roger then offered the option for us to buy the formula from them at their cost of $65/can which is $20 more than the cost on Amazon. I will never do business with this company, and recommend others to steer clear, unless you want to be at the mercy of Roger's incompetence.

I switched my mom's services to this pharmacy and it is certainly the best i decision i wish I would have done sooner. The service is amazing all the way from Aracelis, the front desk clerk, to Christine, the pharmacist, and the kind man who makes the deliveries. What a massive difference! Communication, follow up and response time is amazing! And again, Christine is so helpful and empathetic.

The lady that answers the phone never seems to have an answer to my questions.her response to everything is “im not sure” She never return calls when she saids she will.I received a call from the delivery man stating he was outside no one called to inform me of a delivery. (Signature is required)I’ve had to purchase formula out of pocket multiple times due to their delay in filling my 3month old son prescription. Today makes day 4 without the prescription being filled!!!They seem to be the only pharmacy who fills prescription for the type of formula my son needs if not I would NEVER go back!

staff is very friendly and helpful they treat me with respect and courtesy... Always make me feel welcome and comfortable and fill prescriptions fast. Always handle any situation that arises quickly and have medications ready when promised..

I’ve had 3 terrible experiences with their formula department.They do not return calls. This week I have called daily. Twice a day, half the time the woman who answers the phones has left early. Or the computer doesn’t work. Or the head pharmacist has taken an extended lunch.Last month we received toddler formula on a Saturday. They are closed on the weekends so there is no way to fix this.I have 3 times run completely out of formula, and had to go to CCMC to get the specialized formula you can not find over the counter because of the shortage.Today we have half a can on formula, I’ve made it incredibly clear this is a matter of urgency to no avail. Every day this week I have called. We are allowed 12 cans a month they sent us half of that. When asked to speak to the person in charge they are conveniently never available.No one seems to care and that is a horrifying thought when these prescriptions are to feed infants. My 6 month old will again run out of food and we will have to take her to the GI department to receive a can to get through the weekend.Their job is to supply food to infants. The lack of professionalism, understanding, and the ability to do that one job, I can’t think of an adjective that would properly describe how terrible they are. Roger has not returned 17 calls in 3 months. No once!My local pharmacy has been unable to fill the prescription, but there is at least some level of transparency there. They have some semblance of customer service. Graebers not only doesn’t have that they don’t seem to care.

My interaction was nothing but positive with Lisa. I was working to find a pharmacy that delivered. I had a patient with no way to get her prescription that was needed today. Lisa was very helpful.Cannot thank you enough for working with me for the wellbeing of the patient. Kudos to you!!!

Been pretty helpful for me so far haven't had any real issues my neighbor also gets delivery some Graeber's so do I really they put one of my prescriptions in my neighbor's box she opened it didn't recognize the name and she almost threw it away but luckily she told me and I was like yep that's mine.

Most disgusting customer service I have ever had in my life coupled with complete lack of communication by Roger. The woman who answered the phone spoke to me like a child when I questioned the status of my sons formula prescription after they sent me the wrong order. Roger justified her behavior by saying my prescription was complicated and cost him like $6 to fill?!? Clearly do not value their customers and have a bad operation running here. Watch out!
