These people went out of their way to offer me a car. I gave all of my information they run my credit and I never hear from a soul again. I've never been treated this way and know as a black woman, when to let a business show its true self.

I went in on President Day looking for a car I saw online and to my surprise it was still there. I was agreed with a friendly smile. I met Angel Salinas was great and very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him my budget and he took the time to help me find what I needed. I'm happy with my choice. The paperwork was fast and easy. Thanks to Stephen in the finance department. I enjoyed every minute and they made me feel like family. Buying a car can be stressful but here at Harte I didnt feel pressure thank you again. I would gave you a 10 stars . So if your looking for a great use car this is the place. Ask for Angel Salinas. Oh and they speak Spanish too.❤ Tell them I sent you.?

Nothing but good things to say about this group. Mike Biondo was my sales rep who handled all my questions and helped outfit me in a beautiful 2022 Golf R. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, was willing to negotiate and be competitive on price, and even hand delivered my new car from CT to MA after dealing with the fun registration process of MA.On top of this, the entire group took the customer service to new heights. Shortly after receiving my new ride, I noticed a warrantied component was faulty (side blind zone sensor). I documented and notified the team and took to a local MA dealer to address. That dealer immediately tried to hit me with a hefty charge to simply cover the re-securement of the sensor module and wiring harness. George, Mike, and Nate fielded multiple calls and paid immediate attention to my issues and concerns. They helped along with VW Corporate to guide me to push back on this dealer as this other business was looking to take advantage of me for a quick $ on a CPO warrantied service.Anyhow, the issue is now resolved. The other dealer's response to my pushback was that they would fix my warrantied part free of charge, but that I am no longer welcome at their service department. It's a shame that people / organizations need to act this way, but Im happy to take my business elsewhere.Thank you to Mike, Nate, and George for the support. If I was local to Harte, I'd choose your team as my go-to service provider. It's hard to replicate this type of attention and service. Thank you!

I came in having a general idea of what used car I would want to get but I was not sure what I could afford based on my credit and budget. Dave, the salesman, took on my "case" and personally helped me find, finance and fall in love with a gorgeous 2019 Nissan Rogue. Dave went above and beyond to help me understand everything there is to buying my first car. He was patient, knowledgeable and caring. Not like many "robotic" salespeople these day. This dealership is family owned and run and it shows! Dave is definitely a wonderful salesman and a caring individual ready to drop everything and help! :)

My husband and I drove in from New Britain because we saw several vehicles online that we liked. Once we got there there was only one vehicle that we saw online. If you're going to have something online it should be at your establishment. Update your website and take down the vehicles you no longer have. What a waste of time. And with the price of gas... SMH ?
