Poor customer service call to ask if a product is on stuck and the guy that answer the phone say "u need to come and look to see if we have it or not we don't tell people over the phone" today at 5-2-2024 at 6:14 pm these employees need to be retrain or terminated. Completely understandable

Was looking forward to this store opening. Went in for the first time and the store was well stocked, organized , plenty of name brands and prices good. I can only speak of the one interaction I had with an older women and I would hope that she was the exception and not the overall culture of the store. She was not pleasant and made me feel as if I was bothering her. I ask if her register was open and she said simply shook her heard at me, no hello no nothing. I recently had wrist surgery and was finding it difficult to hold my items so I put them down in her lane to reposition them when she looked up at me and said "I said I wasn't open". I was so taken back that I said that's ok I am not buying because I don't like your attitude and left the store. I don't know call me crazy but I require employee's to be pleasant if I am going to spend my hard earned money there.

The 2 Hispanic woman who are working today 10/29/2022 HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I WOULD HAVE NEVER HIRED THEM AT MY ESTABLISHMENTS, they are very rude and the cashier had the nerve to tell me to take my own receipt out the register smh so could I go in and take money out as well??? I will never be back here while there working the really aren’t meant to work customer service and I will be calling headquarters to let them know about the other rude employee working if I could give a zero stars I would

I shopped at Dollar Tree on Chamberlain Hwy on Friday, 9/ 09 /2022. when I got home and checked my receipt, I saw that I was charged 5 times for three items, overcharged $3.75 + tax. Don't leave store without checking your receipt. Not such a bargain when you're overcharged.
