The pharmacy woman older with blond hair and glasses was so rude I made a appoiment and I guess I went to the wrong cvs and she slammed the window in my face if you hate your job just quit never going back

If I could al give them 5 stars below the first one the short teller can't even speak English and rude as hell gets my prescription and throws the bag like bag it your self same with the rest of staff theirs plenty of pharmacy in Meriden, CVS Meriden East main St meriden conn is the worst staff ever seen or doubt with that's why they got signs posted respect our staff you wonder why

Went to cvs to get my prescription and this newbie by the name justine maybe getting paid $14 an hour was on drive thru. OMG had to spell out names atlest 3-4 times each and she still kept getting it wrong and with attitude, when i said something to her she had the nerve to say i was the one with the attitude. Been going to this location for years never an issue and the other people working there are awesome and know us by name. This new woman (whos makeup job made her look like a clown, its not Halloween) needs a huge attitude adjustment or a different job because she has no customer service skills what so ever. She was lucky i was in a good mood and didnt give her the same energy.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I just spoke with the pharmacy a woman named Jamie. She was so rude and kept lying to me. I had a prescription that I filled In November. My doctor always gives me a refill. She claimed I could no get my refill. When are you not allowed to obtain a refill from only two months ago! I need to contact corporate because I have problems all the time with this CVS it's atrocious!

The pharmacy has gone completely down hill in the past few months.Prescriptions are always late on being filled by a day or two.They seem to be out of key medications. I am still waiting on a prescription that's been backordered for over a month now with still no time frame to when they will have in stock!Had to pay a higher price through another pharmacy that was " out of network " with Aetna who is owned by cvs.Completely no excuse for this from a national chain.

This is the worst CVS both inside and outside. The outside parking lot shares space with Wendys. It's always congested. There's huge containers which take up more space in the parking lot. The Paddock Ave entrance/exit is over grown so you can hardly pull out without getting hit by an oncoming car. The inside of the store is a mess. Drive through not open so I have to go inside. I've gone on 3 separate days and times to pick up my prescription and the line is always so long I end up leaving.

worst ran pharmacy ive seen in my whole life, not friendly or knowledgable, fill scripts late and make the customer feel like they are inconveniencing them by actually working, I may actually not be getting some serious meds before xmas

Pharmacy and i can never reach them by phone. I got a prescription text sent on my few times on my phone that it’s ready, once I get there still gotta wait on the drive thru is temporary closed due to short of staffs then once I go in make a long line still gotta wait in still my prescription is not ready and not filled. It’s so horrible and unorganized They told me they would expedite it for the next day. I came the next day, and next day and it was still not filled. This is poor management.
