“Jeff George” pharmacy manager had me run around to different locations for a prescription telling me they were open and would have my prescription ready. this was not the case as he didnt even call or transfer my prescription like stated. after an hour and a half of running around i stopped back in the cvs, its across the street from my house, to see if this is a common problem so i could switch pharmacies in the future. his response was not only unhelpful but unkind and rude, he told me use another pharmacy if I’m not happy, laughs and says i hope you have a great day. People come to a pharmacy cuz there having some sort of ailment or inconvenience in there life. this lack of compassion and help is not only shocking but disgusting behavior to display in a health field.

Lately the pharmacy has been giving generic medication and equipment brands that do not work… just to sell them and make some money. Cheap medical equipment Tried to return it (unopened medical / asthma pump attachment )

I was not shocked to see this place has 1 star review. This is specifically about the pharmacy which is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life. The pharmacist is nice but she needs to get a handle on the people working there for real. My doctor can send in a script and I could wait 10 days, show up and it's not ready yet. "30 minutes". Besides that, some of the people who work here need an attitude check. I just had my partner pick up my prescription and she's giving him an attitude saying she doesn't have my RX card. HUH? After 2 YEARS of getting my prescriptions filled there? If she was nice about it I wouldn't even be writing this because mistakes happen. But the audacity of her to give him major attitude when she was wrong. Luckily the manager ended up also telling her she was wrong. But she kept that smug attitude and gave him my prescription. I should've switched pharmacies a while ago because this place is a joke. This was just the icing on the cake.

This CVS Pharmacy never fails to disappoint. Staffed with a crew of liars, they promised delivery of a prescription. My wife, having been lied to about delivery before, called to confirm. After keeping us waiting, they called to say they would not deliver. CVS is uniformly bad, but this store is the worst pharmacy, staffed by the worst people. They ignore their phones, and their service is slow--especially at the inconveniently located drive-through. The description above is incorrect. This store does not deliver or does only when it feels like it. THEY SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE DELIVERY. THEY DO NOT DELIVER. Or at least that is what they told us.

Don’t get my prescriptions there anymore because you made me feel like I was a drug addict when I have a legitimate nerve injury. They got prescriptions mixed up and now the front of the store is basically all self check unless there is a big problem
