The pharmacy drive thru is not convenient at all. I was going to pick up my prescriptions before an appointment. Waiting in line for 20 minutes until leaving, before missing my appointment. Absolutely ridiculous service. Time to switch

ALERT DONT COME THEREI grew up in this street. And went there a lot. Twice the time problem their system I always get benefits $10 extra buck and plus care pass $10. I keep losing those cuz of their system.Also I'm deaf I know a few staff. It is annoying as hella when they keep speaking like multiple times I asked them to write the paper or phone text use common sense. Like I often feel this CVS discrimination everyday. For my friends and family feel that way too.Mostly LIKE I WONT COME AGAIN EVER. I GO OTHER CVS ✨

Literally every single time I order my pills at the beginning of the month - they’re always out, and I gotta wait DAYS for my pain meds. They suck.

If it's because of me, I don't give it one star, the reason is that the service is terrible by car, a line that never ends, slower, the truth is I prefer broad street even though they cause problems

CVS' products are waaaayy too high. If their prices were comparable, they wouldn't have to provide all of those coupons.

I watched my mother beg the pharmacist for an inhaler this morning. This woman made my mom wait 24 hours for her inhaler and then after the 24 hours said she needed a “pre auth from the dr on a SATURDAY. Even though she’s never needed that before. I can understand if it was for a narcotic, but we’re talking about an INHALER!!! When I called to ask for her name, I called from a different number and all I did was ask her name and let me tell you- she did not disappoint! Rude, unprofessional, refused giving her name without knowing mine first and even laughed. What type of employee treats people coming into a pharmacy like that?? I don’t know if she will see this or not butGirl (because I don’t know your name) whoever hurt you- you need to heal because you’re a pharmacist!! Have some compassion for the people you went to school to HELP!!! I pray you find peace and you can one day love yourself so you stop treating other people around you so badly!!

Was there around 9PM Saturday and only 2 associate there left i believe. I was at self check up and issue popup asking for helping. The lady next to me also needed help. The associate wearing blue sweater went to help her and Ignored me. I waited for 15mins later. I said "Excuses me, i also needed help and i waited 15mins, you helped the lady earlier instead me." he goes "geeze only 15min be more patient" I was there first before the lady and anyone standing in line trying to pay. Not sure Because im wearing a Mask or is it Because im Asian. I didnt aak for name. But hes wearing blue sweater white skinny guy. Rude, racist and seems like hes just rush trying to get off work.

03/14/22I don’t pick up medication often and generally never had to bad experience with the CVS on East Main. I’m 100 percent sure I won’t come back for anything. Will tell others to not go here either.Waiting in the car line. Got there at 625pm 4 cars in front of me. My medication was ready. It literally took about 15 minutes per person not sure why. If the medication was not ready why didn’t they tell the other cars to come back?7 o’clock still in line with one car in front of me and they closed told us that they cannot provide meds after 7 pm.That’s wrong and something should be done.

The absolute most rude pharmacy team I have ever dealt with. The phone system was totally broken and when we finally got through the nastiest woman named Jennifer hung up on us when we needed emergency medicine. I would not let this nasty person Jennifer work in any health care related domain. She is horrible and her customer service is last rate. Do not deal with this pharmacy and this terrible person Jennifer who has Zero compassion for people in pain.

Didn't want to get my kid vaccinated to begin with, but the female pharmacist with blonde hair made me decide to never go back. Beyond rude.
