CVS did not need to improve anything as my visit was great. Naomi took good care of getting a coupon for me, as my Medicare did not cover any of the cough medicine. She is an asset to CVS. Thank you, Naomi.

This CVS store is a filthy disgrace. It is dirty and unkempt business. Show some pride and clean up this store. Also I would NEVER use their disgusting restroom.

NB-This review is of the CVS at 153 Broad Street in Meriden, about which there seems to be no listing. It is not meant to reflect badly on the Main Street stores. Awful service, chronic understaffing, and surly people. Liars, too--they promised delivery of a medication I needed right away, and deliberately left it behind--it was never delivered--because I dared to bother the pharmacy by actually holding 40 minutes on the phone until they picked up. I was calling from an office and ringing the pharmacy on four lines. They ignored them all. There are a half-dozen other CVS stores nearby. This location would be better off bulldozed and turned into a community garden. Without a doubt, the single worst pharmacy I have ever encountered--their understaffing (CVS policy is to understaff, and was even pre-COVID) leads to mistakes--a public health problem when the pharmacy is underequipped to safely and adequately serve its community.

Please empty your overflowing trash bins more frequently. We have enough litter probelms here in Meriden.

This is the fastest most efficient CVS pharmacy in this area. The new location on Broad street is run by sloths & the other one on East Main is a zoo. I typically hit the drive thru & I'm in and out in a few minutes. The front end staff can use a lesson in less chit chat & more work but overall friendly.

Poor time management. Coworkers would rather talk to each other than do their jobs.
