Another Cumberland Farms that doesn’t let you use the restrooms when you’ve been driving all night and need somewhere to rest and use the bathrooms and get coffee. This company is getting out of control. All their friggin restrooms are not being able to be used at a lot of their Cumberland Farms and it’s unacceptable, if you have a problem with customers, then use a key in hand it out to the people that purchase goods from your store! Instead, you tell people to go to a competing business to use their restrooms, so I guess I’ll just get my gas and coffee from someplace else that should help business!

Coffee machine needs to be cleaned workers are selling it burnt and gross and have no cares over it as well. We as people go to your store expecting to have a coffee Enjoy to go there but lately you been taking advantage of us as people as we go there expecting to get a hot fresh coffee. Then bitch when it's said or blame other workers. I don't have a car to go back and fourth to other places or have extra funds .. it's a simply task to clean a coffee pot and serve it correctly idk why this keeps happening .metiden ct

This store is nicely organized and merchandised well. People are friendly, and the staff is professional, polite and efficient. The variety of departments really cater to every type of customer. Check out was easy and quick. There was a nice vibe to this location.

Well stocked convenience store. EBT allowed for some purchases.... Like iced coffee ☕, some snack foods.Attentive staff, clean, well maintained.Clean restrooms. Air tower for tires working. Plenty of parking.

this review is for Ellie on the night crew. She was absolutely amazing. Ellie was very very helpful. She took time to make a wonderful steak sandwich. She did an amaing job with it....I wanted to thank Ellie for a job well done and to let her supervisor know how Hard she works to make her customers happy. She has a great attitude as well!!!!
