GO ELSEWHERE! Cook's a Crooke! Incorrect invoices, didn't call before repair with estimate, 3 different costs given afterwards. Dropped the car off with maintenance required light on and picked it up with the light on. Demanded payment and problem wasn't fixed. Consumer Services complaint has been filed.

brought my truck in for rear brakes. overpriced, slow and i dont think they used new parts. Rear brakes are suppose to last 5 front brake changes. Well i made it through one before my e-brake and rear pads and rotors were shot.

Honest? Hardly. I bought my car to them when it was Colony Auto. The work needed to be done asap and my mechanic couldn't work on it for 2 weeks, so I took it to them since they are near my job.Big mistake. I was overcharged about $600. My mechanic said that they didn't do the job properly. I had talked to the son the previous day and he said that the job would be $1,100 and when I went to pick up the car, it turned into a $1600 job which he disputed that he had originally broken down for me. I will NEVER visit this place, no matter what name they are under. They are NOT honest people.
