Bought a new phone, was told I had no choice but to buy a new sim card and pay an activation fee just to add the phone to an existing account. The employee could not make my phone work so she called customer service. I asked numerous times if we cottey my old sim card and she said no They said it needed to process in the computer and wait overnight. Next day I spent 4 hours on the phone with Boost only to find out my old sim card was fine. Once the old sim was in the phone worked fine. The rep on the phone said he would note the account and I should go get refunded the cost of the sim card and activation fee since I did it all myself. The same employee was there when I returned and she did nothing but make excuses as to why she can't refund me. According to her SHE gets charged to put the phone data in the computer. NEVER GO HERE!!!! Also don't bother calling because the number is disconnected. That should tell you something.

I called the Meriden Connecticut Boost Mobile store and got the rudest associate! today's date is February 26th 2024! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Store is ridiculous, two times now I went to try to go and no one was at the counter. Store opens at 10 I was there at 11, waited 20 minutes to no sign of anyone showing up and left. First time I waited almost an hour and eventually got a service rep after other mall employees tracking them done. Theres no reason you should be opening your store at 10 and basically going right on break. Not reliable,, I talked to another 2 customers that also walked away

I was having problems with my phone so I went to the W.Main Street store, not helpful whatsoever. The girl/lady running the store was eating corn chips. I can smell it when I walked in. She did NOT stop eating. She continued to touch my phone,computer & every other machine in the room, ugh, she continued to put her hands in the bag & eat corn chip after corn chip & stuff em in her mouth!After all this, I decided to go to the store on Lewis Avenue. She was very professional. Took care of my problem & I was on my way.I recommend Lewis Ave, rather than W.Main Street.

Was not given correct info on swapping phones to one I was given. System said it was not compatible and I was told to find a company owned store to have it connected. After much run around the Boost on East Main gave me the correct info and advice. Go there.

The lady was more worried about her FaceTime call rather then her Customers. She was very rude, wasn’t helpful and didn’t answer my questions. The whole time she was suppose to be helping me she was on her phone or talking to other people.

AT&T took my money bunch of crooks and liars I was promised credits and never got them. Went to T-Mobile took my business to them have no complaints.

Excellent customer service with basic selection of phones along with obligatory over prices accessories. My phone died and I needed a new one ASAP and the young want there went above and beyond to complete my purchase and get my new phone set up so I could be on my way quickly.
