i recently purchased a car from them & the entire experience was above & beyond. the entire staff is so nice & understanding & the customers happiness comes first. nothing but an amazing business & people that work there. i would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a car.3 1/2 months after purchase the engine seized requiring an entire new engine. great throughout purchase really did nothing after i told them about the dead engine.

This is not ran by barrilaro any more duddie automotive rents it illegally to workers that have no certification that take your money they give you fake receipts with no legit information so you cant claim anything im warning you dont come here a bunch of scam artists they used the wrong color code to paint my car to save money on their end .on top of that finger prints on paint and other flaws .sketchy place not honest at all this is not barillaro anymore.im warning you stay away from both shops!

I brought my car to Barillaro after my first accident. The owner & staff were very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while they fixed the damage. They even drove me to the Enterprise location so I could pick up my rental to get home. When they were done the car looked great! I highly recommend.

I took my car to this shop to have the hood, front bumper and fenders repaired because of many chips in the paint. My car was at the shop for 3 weeks, nose of car was dismantled, paint stripped off all body parts, sanded, repainted and nose of car reassembled. The hood, front bumper and driver side fender came out good but the driver side fender had 3 good size chip marks that look like they were sprayed over, not sanded down properly. I called the shop to let them know I was unhappy with the repair and they told me it was not quoted in the price which I paid over $2,000 to have the nose painted (bumper, hood and both front fenders). They refused to take the car back and repair the passenger side fender at their cost and do the job right. Also, the paint color does not match, has a very heavy metallic to the paint where as the rest of the car does not have a heavy metallic in the paint so it is quite obvious that the nose of the car was painted seeing the paint used was a poor match. Though the paint did not match I only wanted this body shop to repaint the fender so it does not look like chips were touched up and the body shop refused. For this reason I rate the quality of their work one star and would not recommend them if you are looking to get a paint job that does not look like chips were painted over in some areas. I was a repeat customer and will never go back to this body shop for any future repairs.
