No stars. Worst phone response in attempt to check if a part was in stock before making the trip to AutoZone. Young woman was clueless. Needs to learn customer service phone etiquette. Waited for "a guy". Asked if they had a Max Power Ignition Switch. He hung up while he was talking to someone else. Clearly, they do not want to be bothered.

Dropping off used oil is a snap. Staff are always professional and helpful. Inventory is always great even for hard to find items.

When I called at 730 a responsive and polite man picked up the phone, tracked down my order, and had it ready when I arrived. He was helping multiple customers in a row with a great attitude. I showed up and he was helping a man get new wipers on his car in the active heavy rain, helped me with my ordered parts, immediately helped another man find a part for his vehicle, and proceeded to clean the store while I was walking out. After seeing his work ethic I asked for his name and wrote this review. Olly is a great asset for this store. Thanks for your help.

Person at the counter had excellent product knowledge. I had a project and wasn't sure which product would work best. This representative cleared that up. I bought the best product for the job! Very dependable

I went to AutoZone to purchase bulbs for my headlights and Eric M. was very polite and gave helpful advice on installing the headlights in my vehicle I always go to this particular store even though there’s one closer to where I live because I’ve never had any issues with store and the staff is very nice and helpful
