Both Erica and Ricky go above and beyond to create a safe clean environment to live, in addition to going out of their way to resolve any issues that arise. I’ve relayed this great experience to my best friend after moving in and she took my advice and now has been here for 2 years as well. Erica and Ricky both don’t just work normal business hours but rather they stay late or come in early to make sure the residents are taken care of. When the time comes to buy our home it will be hard to say goodbye to such a beautiful place to live.”

“Having lived in the town, Ridge/Brooke community since 2010 it has been a pleasure to have Delfino as one of the maintenance staff at both properties. He is by far superior than any of the other maintenance staff at either property in any of the last 14 years, including those that are his supervisors or have been his supervisors. The company currently owns Townridge and employees Delfino should consider themselves lucky to have him on staff and should ensure they do anything and everything possible to ensure that he never leaves. My definition of Delfino‘s superiority overall the other maintenance staff and maintenance supervisors is his vast knowledge of how to fix anything and everything as well as his great customer service.”

“It’s so hard to find a complex that is dog friendly and also has a great property manager, is well maintained, is responsive and safe. Communication with the property manager Derek is amazing, he actually cares about how your experience is here. We’ve been here with our two dogs going on two years and we have been very content. I would definitely recommend! Not to mention we’re less than 10 min from great shops and areas in West Hartford. Definitely take a look if you’re on the hunt for a great pet friendly apartment. ?”
