I had just gotten in line, nobody in front of me. I started putting my stuff on the belt which was no more than 10 items. A younger girl with brown hair and glasses with a handful of stuff came up behind me and said can I cut in front of you and threw her stuff on the belt in front of me and went right up to the register without me even responding. I didn't even understand what she said at first and she had to repeat herself. I was going to say no because I was also in a rush but it was already too late because she was already getting rung out. Then I realized that she was an employee and before she could finalize for transaction, she had to wait for a manager approval so now she was delaying me. Usually I have no issue letting people cut in front of me if they only have a few items but this was just disrespectful and rude the way it went down
6 months or so later... I stop in on my lunch break to grab a few things. Happened to see her ringing up in the only line open at the time. I am the only one in line and as soon as I get up to the register, she grabs a box of candy, turns away from me, and starts handing it out to her coworkers while I once again wait for service.

Well stocked and clean. Definitely on the better end of the Aldi spectrum. Would be 5 stars if they had self checkouts.

Good prices. I doesn't have the big box stores selection but if you care that much then go somewhere else. Aldi's is great.

Always clean and neat! Went there at all times of the day and always someone on the floor keeping it clean!
Shares the parking lot but a ton of parking available even on busy days

My favorite grocery shopping experience EVER. I can get three times more than at Stop and Shop, and ALDI always has interesting finds. LOVE IT, thank you for coming to Meriden.

Never have anything when ordered and don’t follow online directions. Today I ordered and nowhere on the app or online says that the location in meriden CT, all of their refrigeration was out of ordered, so practically all my order was refunded. The only problem with that is that the money gets held from the account and not released in a few days, therefore, if you’re in need of food, you can’t use that money to purchase elsewhere. uncalled for fire and unacceptable. FYI, not the first time!!!!!
