I'm pretty sure I got some type of food poisoning, likely from the baked chicken. If you go, maybe steer clear of that.

Not a fan of this location. It is hit or miss at best. I have had good experience, but more bad than good. I have walked out a few times due to inattentive staff, the food in the bins looking "bad", or just the flies in the place. It is usually not clean there either.It is clear that the employees there I have encountered over the years do not want to be there.Neither do I.

They literally just stand behind the counter, staring at you without asking you what you want. Have a little personality people it would go a long way. The lady in front of me asked them to go light on one of the toppings and they loaded the sandwich up then got annoyed when she said it was too much and gave her an attitude. Like come on if you ask us what we want and we don't get it, do you think we're going to be satisfied? I thought the sandwiches were made to order...

Over the past several months the Marlborough location has taken a nose dive with service. There is one female employee in particular who always seems to have an issue providing service to her customers. Each time my family and I have gone in during her shift she seems put off by the presence of customers. A recent visit quickly went sour when we asked for a couple of sandwiches and she instantly got annoyed at what we asked for. She trudged off to the back of the store, tossing something she had in her hand on the counter. Returning a few minutes later she dropped the container she had been carrying on the counter with an air of disgust. The other customer who had just walked in commented on her poor attitude as well. We decided to leave without ordering.I get it. We came in 45 minutes before closing. She was the only person working, but that is no reason to make customers uncomfortable. It’s not always easy to be happy (we don’t know if something else had happened earlier in the day), but professional when dealing with customers in the food service industry should never be lacking. If you can’t deal with customers when it is one of the first 2 bullet points in the job description, maybe a change of scenery should be considered.This location for some odd reason always looks like it could use a good cleaning as well. Could be because it is an older store/building. Subway is the only remaining tenant.Unfortunately the convenience of this location to our home is not enough to keep us as customers. East Hampton and Colchester will be getting our business now that Hebron recently closed.

I came here today and the young man behind the counter was courteous kind and had great customer service. He made an amazing sandwich and I have not been at Subway for a while. It really did help me to understand they've created sandwiches that are much better than I remember.

Worse service I’ve ever received at any food establishment. Very slow very rude worker. Will never go back just because of her. Might not go to any subway for awhile she was so bad. Horrible horrible horrible.

They don't prioritize mobile orders. It said my order would be done by 2:25pm it wasn't done until 5 minutes until 3. They didn't mark the two foot longs we had. If I had been on a lunch break I would not of even been able to eat. Their food is good but I don't appreciate when I've paid already and my order is skipped in line, whoever orders right before me should be before me. Not me being last in a lunch rush or not. Poor Buissness Priority. I will not be ordering from this particular location again.
