They told me my box had to be taped in order to ship...fair enough... Hey let me get a peice of tape please? Sure. That'll be $2.50. WHAT LOL you guys are high asking as much as an entire roll of tape for one single strip. No thank you, awful greedy corporation like everyone else ??

Efficiency, Friendliness, knowledge of all aspects of their products, and which ones would be the best for my application. Cara helped me find the right material in the right sizes to produce the most effective posters. All of the staff was friendly and efficient.

I had a great experience at the Storrs Mansfield UPS store!!! First off, I called before shipping and spoke to Karlee, who was super knowledgeable and helpful. My kids are both attending Canadian Universities and I was getting ready to ship them each their first care package. She gave me some tips that greatly helped the process. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by both Joel and Karlee. They were polite and took their time to get everything right as we had to complete custom declarations for each item being shipped. I could not have been happier with their professionalism and overall kindness. The two packages are en route to Canada and it didn’t break the bank like I thought it might. I will be using this store for all future Canadian care packages and any other shipping needs I have! Karlee and Joel are terrific employees!! Thank you for an easy and pleasant shipping experience!

Excellent service experience!
The store is in the complex of the large supermarket Price Chopper in the far part of the supermarket at the end of the parking lot so it is best to go to the store in the supermarket's parking lot and walk from there.
There are plenty of parking spaces next to the store.
I arrived on Friday with a lot of packages to return to Amazon and this is my first time there and in general the first time I return packages, the girl at the counter (her name is Tricia) was very patient and helped me go through the whole process quickly, while I was stuck scanning the products other customers arrived and she gave them all service at the same time No problem - I enjoyed it very much.

I had an Amazon return to make which, unfortunately, I had started for Kohl's. The associate was SO helpful and she literally walked me through canceling the return and initializing a new one for the UPS Store.

$2.00 for tape for a 8x10" box. Unreal. I've worked in retail for over 35 years. Every business has expenses that are figured in to cover better customer service than the next place. Give me a reason to come back to your business. Not a reason to never come back.
