I go to move my 4 Verizon lines to T- Mobile. After a 30- minute wait and a third customer arrives, the store manger emerges from his office and works with me. He assures me of a $130 monthly bill, after fees and taxes. A day later, my wife goes in to transfer her phone (waits for a guy to open the doors 20 minutes late). Neither of us gets a receipt. I get an email about my phone insurance (which I never asked for or agreed to). A week later, I call customer support for help setting up my account+ payments. I see my monthly bill - not $130, but $230. The lovely support person helps me reconfigure my bill, down to less than $100. SO, T-Mobile is good, but the two guys I worked with should lose their jobs.

I'm here at 11:30am and the doors are locked. The website said it opened an hour ago. Someone needs to update the website or hire new employees. Wasted my time driving here

want to give a special shout out to employee Molly who demonstrated professionalism and patience while problem solving my switching from Xfinity mobile back to T-Mobile (which I should never have left)... worked diligently with customer service, overcame any hurdles and I would recommend coming here!

Very nice & informative!! Mariah helped me pick out a new phone & was very patient while I chose. The manager answered all my questions about the plan I was choosing, how to monitor data, & how to pay my monthly bill. Very happy I switched to tmobile!

I can’t speak highly enough of Abdul and his team. I came in with an extremely stressful situation with a broken phone and he was so kind and knowledgeable and helped me get everything squared away. The store was very clean and the whole experience (which could have been very stressful) was very pleasant. Thanks for everything!

I had an important question about how much I was gitting charged on my bill braised off of what I was told In th store when I added one line and my bill went up almost 250$ and they were insistent that they couldn't do any thing to help and the I asked them what the were able to help with because I'm not going back to a store for help with something there no good for and he asked me to leave and i staid and damned atleest my bill break down and left and called costumer support I will never go to that store again
