Very poor service, got assigned to them by state farm, kept on pushing ETA by 15-20 mins for straight 2.5 hours. No show at the end had to start over with another provider. Unprofessional and unreliable!

a life saver! i broke down at 6pm and AAA was supposed to send a driver that what an ETA of 7:35 but they never even showed up. at this point it’s 8:30, i called multiple places, and finally found T&B. a driver was on his way within 20 minutes and was phenomenal. after 3 hours waiting/trying to find someone, im glad i found this company. thank you!!!

I had great service from T&B. I wish I could remember the name of the driver, I've misplaced his business card, He was a really nice guy and shared some stories of his time in the army as we made our way to Uncasville. Great guy, great service!

This place is a totally rip off. The worst place for business in the whole county. It charged me almost 600 after an accident. DO NOT COME TO THIS Place. You will be scam. The manager is extremely rude. They will try to scam you in anyway.

Absolutely outstanding experience with their towing service. My car was pretty far down a steep, icy hill. This was the third truck to come by and I thought I’d have to rent a car until the snow thawed. The driver was so determined and used some awesome ingenuity to get my car free. It had been about 22 hours of being stuck at that point and I could not thank him enough.
I also spoke to someone on the phone and she was really nice and helpful. He called ahead to get info and then again when he was close. Really great work and I’m so grateful.

They charged me twice the amount they said they would for a tow then they said I needed a radiator and waterpump plus heater core and would be almost 2000 for the work I took it to another garage it cost me 80 dollars to change my thermostat and everything works now t and b motors are a scam and just not honest highly suggest not to use them

Horrible chiefs literally charging me 400 dollars to tow my vehicle 3 miles looked at it said blown transmission without looking into the transmission which I know it's not very rude no knowledge of repairing vehicles and highly overpriced basically thieves
