“The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. “Okay, so normally I don't take surveys or rate my experience- but after today it's a must. I'm currently on maternity leave with twin boys who are now 5 months, you parents out there can imagine the hassle of a big grocery trip, especially given that my husband has been out of town for the last 5 days now. Sometimes it's a bit frustrating because everyone is stopping me asking "are they twins, they're so cute, are they both boys"- which is very sweet but can be very frustrati”
