Jessica, the manager, was incredible! I had a terrible experience with customer service regarding my online order, but she went above and beyond for Blu. As we wre planning short travel and needed supplies quickly, instead of saying she had no control over door dashes mistake as the representative in customer service told me, she rectified the situation brilliantly. Jessica exemplifies outstanding service. Her genuine care for Blu was evident, and I am so grateful for her assistance! Thank you, Jessica, for caring about our pets and helping us fur parents. You changed my perspective of the company, and we are fortunate to have you in our town! I hope the high powers can see this review and truly commend her for being a great employee! You almost lost a long time customer and a BBB complaint but thanks to Jessica all is well!!!!!

Worst ever for dog grooming. First off my appointment was at 9:30 and they didn’t even start her til almost 11:00. While I hung out in the vacinity. Then they called to tell me they couldn’t give my 9lb toe clipping bc she rolls over. I said to pick her up and hold her, she is the gentlest dog ever but they couldn’t do that. Then I asked if they could still give her a bath and I would have my daughter in law clip her nails. Nope! They were afraid she’d drown!! What?? Are you kidding me? Oh my God!! More shananigans went on even with the GM. Never again will I bring any dog there!!

PETCO Mansfield and Windsor welcome the TEAM mobile feline clinic bus, but the other locations uninvited them, claiming their medical treatments (neuter/spay, vaccinations at reduced cost) hurt their business. Hogwash.

Ran in to pick up a few emergency items for an ill cat. The customer rep "Ronni" was so extremely helpful and took the time to look the items up on line to afford me the price differential. She was great.
