Store itself is fine but one particularly very rude employee brings the whole place down. She will hide a laugh for asking the simplest of questions. What's so funny? She will not look up if an item is in stock if she is not familiar with it. Abysmal customer service.

Pharmacy is unhelpful and uncaring. Takes 4 -5 hours to get script filled and medication often out of stock so you have to wait days or go find it somewhere else. The app is pretty much useless for reordering certain medications and calling the pharmacy is a complete nightmare. Phone system designed for the customer not to get to a real person in the pharmacy. CVS pharmacy sucks!! Run away as fast as you can

If I could leave a 0 star review I would, but there is no option on google. I was sick one day and decided to go and find some medicine in the pharmacy section. I had a question about a certain medication, so I went to the pharmacy prescription pick up center. I was greeted by an older woman in her forties. While asking her for help, I could sense the anger in her voice. It’s almost as she was telling me to get lost and go find help elsewhere. After leaving the prescription pick up center, I glanced over at a young employee, and the same female pharmacist was speaking very rudely to her as she had spoken to me. The poor girl was on the verge of crying and I felt so bad. I have never experienced this at any other CVS pharmacy in my life, and I am happy to say I will never be going back there ever again.

I’ve been with this pharmacy for years since it’s right next to uconn, i’ve always had good experiences, but i’m never going back after today, i called yesterday about getting a prescription filled (it was supposed to be filled yesterday) was told they were too busy but would fill it this morning; i was having my boyfriend pick it up and he called before to make sure it would be ready; he gets there and they tell him it would be another 5 hours; i had told the pharmacist the day before that i would need to pick it up in the morning because i am leaving town, i called cvs again to clarify try to see if it could be filled before we left; the pharmacist was extremely rude and told me i was harassing her. she then immediately filled it, so she could have probably done it the entire time; she was just mean, and im not a mean person; when my boyfriend went into pick up the medication the technicians were snickering; never going back there. totally unprofessional!!!

Store employee was vaping while stocking shelves. That’s unreal in a pharmacy. I made my wife go back and double check… overall a decent place but I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Horrible customer service, he was rude and told us to bring other people's cart to the spot even though it wasn't ours.

This WAS my go-to pharmacy, because it's close to my home and right across UCONN Health Urgent Care. And I liked going there. But after today, never going there again. Went there to pick up my prescription. It probably had some issues, but the way the pharmacist (middle aged woman with glasses) behaved, my goodness! I have never come across such a rude pharmacist in my life! So the first thing I did after talking to her was change my pharmacy. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Wake up CVS, you're losing your customers.

I received an automated text from CVS that my prescription H was ready. I have two prescriptions that begin with H, so I called. After taking care of the one, "H" prescription, I asked to look at the second "H" that I have in the system. I was told that I was cutting into his lunch hour. "Ma'am, you are cutting into my lunch hour." I tried to say, "but can we handle the other prescription?" I was told, rudely, "Ma'am, you are cutting into my lunch hour". He then hung up on me. This was at 1:31pm at the Royce Circle location, over the telephone.

The CVS that I usually go to (Coventry location) did not have the medication that I needed. The staff at this location, and the other, made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there at the Middle Turnpike location. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Coventry location. Please keep working together to serve our community.

(The following event took place on 1/30/23 at about 10:30 in the morning). The manager of this store can't think for himself and do the right thing. I purchased a home covid test for forty dollars and then drove five miles to another store to pick up a prescription. A few minutes after buying the CVS test, I was able to get four free kits from Medicare at the second pharmacy. I immediately drove the five miles back to the CVS and explained why I would like a refund for the test kit I had just purchased. The woman at the register was in agreement, but wanted to get input from her supervisor who listened to my story and agreed a refund was the right thing to do. Before refunding my forty dollars, he called for the store manager to finalize the refund. The problem was - some dishonest people buy the test kit and then have insurance reimburse them and then return the kit for a refund. The store manager did not take into account that a seventy-seven year old retired school teacher living on an adequate pension would not try to cheat the system out of forty dollars. My point is, good managers know when an exception to a rule is the right thing to do verses managers that follow the rules blindly with no thought to the Golden Rule - treat people as you want to be treated. The manager knew I wasn't trying to scam the company - he said so himself - yet he was unable to act as a reasonable, thinking individual and do what he would want if his father was in my situation. I don't appreciate wasting forty dollars and being at the effect of an uncaring and robot like individual - and the store manager was just that, uncaring and unable to summon the courage to do the right thing.

The new manager (Craig) sucks! This store had a great management team. The main ones left, including the GM. The new store manager has serious personality issues. Very demeaning toward employees and customers. If you ask him a question where something is, he responds with an attitude like you're bothering him. IT'S HIS JOB TO HELP CUSTOMERS OUT! I have no idea how or why CVS continues to employ him. The only reason for two stars instead of one is because the rest of the staff and management are very nice and helpful. Even so, it's not worth coming here anymore. I'm taking my business to the other Mansfield store.

I can’t say this about all the employees but this is the worst CVS ever they do not care about your health, they are the most rude people I’ve met and on the phone, good luck. I’ve never written a bad Google review but avoid this place at all cost. They do not care about you at all especially the pharmacist. On top of that they are disorganized as well. One time I had to have my doctors call the pharmacy three times to for them to process my refill. They forgot to do it three times!!!!! The wait time after 12 is stupid as well. I WARN YOU DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! If I could give zero I would. Apologies to the VERY FEW staff members who are kind.
