Thank you Fernando! Walking towards my new purchase in the parking lot I hesitated, turned back to see the showroom door slowly shut, I thought that was the easiest motor vehicle purchase. All my questions were answered. The personnel were polite, helpful, courteous. Paperwork was completely taken care of. The truck was in fine order. clean and full of fuel. Was this some kind of weird WestWorld alternate universe?
Nope.
No earth shattering kaboom. No regrets.

If the term car buying were in the dictionary it would say: "See Champagne Motor Car Co". We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them. Both Fernando Tirado and owner Ken Champagne were awesome to work with. They were very pleasant, professional, transparent, accommodating and stress free. They provided a very respectable and fair deal. Additionally, Kevin Trudeau in Finance was very resourceful and secured very competitive financing. Lastly, the service and detailing technicians presented a beautiful Jeep Wrangler at delivery. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience we've had in over 40 years of car buying. had such a lovely experience buying my new vehicle through these guys! as soon as i showed interest in a particular vehicle, Ernie gave me a call to arrange a visit. it was love at first drive! ken offered me a very fair price for my trade in, and even gifted my new vehicle with new tires once i committed to the purchase. they made every step of the buying process super easy. the vehicle didn’t have a front license plate bracket on it so they went ahead and ordered one for me and had a driver drive out over an hour just to deliver it to me, super convenient! the only thing i’m disappointed about - the finance rate they charged me ended up being a whole 2% higher than what was advertised in the initial offer, I reached back out in hopes they would make things right but they haven’t done anything to help me. other than this I’m very pleased with my experience

Just purchased a car at Champagne Motor Company and had a very pleasant and professional experience. Fernando the sales associate was a pleasure to deal with. Kevin in Finance did great with getting me the best percentage he could. Ken the owner approved a very fair deal to meet my budget. I test drove the car and signed the deal within 2 hrs. Great team and will definitely be buying future any vehicles with them.

I purchased an amazing 4 runner limited 2 years ago and had the easiest and most amazing car buying experience ever. Kenny and his staff are top notch and only sell high quality cars. I am so impressed with this company that I just purchased another amazing vehicle fro them. This will be the only place that I purchase vehicles from now on!

Don’t believe a word about their “multi point” inspection. I voiced my concern about the tires on the vehicle I bought and was told it “passed the multi point inspection”. Not even 4 months later I had to take it in to get work done on the suspension they said was visibly rotted. Just pushing cars and their problems on consumers.

One of the easiest and most stress-free car buying experiences! I saw a Jeep I was interested online and made some time to stop down and do a test drive. I worked with Joseph (Joe) who was such a professional! He answered all my questions, gave me an honest and fair price for my trade in, and all the info and details up front with no pressure to buy. After a few days of thinking, I decided to go for it. The entire process was seamless. I was able to provide all my financing documentation beforehand, which made pickup a 30 minute visit. Shortly after taking my new (to me) car home, I had an issue with an auxiliary battery. Champagne got my car in quick, fixed the aux battery, and replaced the primary battery just in case. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have had. There was no hassle, pressure, or stress. Just friendly staff who were helpful, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. Would 100% use again for future car purchases.

This was the absolute easiest car buying experience I have ever had!! Ken and Fernando went above and beyond to distinguish themselves as anything but the "typical car salesman". They were upfront and honest, with no pressure and were very respectful of my budget. The entire process (from test driving to agreeing on a price to picking up the car....yes you heard right....the car was ready and waiting with a full tank of gas and new tires when I arrived) was less than one hour in total. Ken, the owner, has a desk right when you walk in the door, not in the back hidden away as in other dealerships. They deserve and A+ rating and I will definitely be back there in the future!
