The pharmacists at the Mansfield Big Y are exceptional in every way! They are always kind and compassionate, and get to know you as a person and not just a customer. I’ve always appreciated that they will take the time to answer questions in a clear and kind manner, despite how busy they may be. While medications and health matters can be overwhelming at times, I can always count on the Big Y pharmacy to be a positive and stress-free experience.

This is a great store to go to for basically anything, they don't have much of an Oriental section to be honest but they do have alot of healthy and organic food options, great seafood choices, and a very large selection of food options. Helpful staff, a fast working pharmacy and overall a good bakery, deli !! There are also no self checkout counters.

Friendly, professional, excellent customer service, including "this prescription is cheaper over the counter," and a phone call making sure I had intended to cancel an order (I had), and one pharmacist who knows EVERYBODY by name. They're the best.

The people at Big Y pharmacy, and Big Y, are helpful, friendly and efficient. I've been going to the pharmany and store for years, because they are there to help people.
