“My Hyundai Elantra was hit by a drunk driver (thankfully I wasn’t in the car at the time) and had significant damage externally and internally. “My car was hit in a hit in run by an uninsured driver, so I had to put the claim in through my insurance. This shop was on the short list of guaranteed shops, and I can see why. Not only was the customer service excellent, but they finished in the time promised and when the job was complete, they tidied up the inside. I had an accident with some hot fudge on the passenger side floor. It was a battle, that no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't win. Upon receiving my car it was gone.”

“Chris was personally recommended to me. I have to admit I was a little leery at first, because there is no big sign out front. I have a Kia EV6 and it has a low bumper that decided to scuffle with a local curb and lost. Parts take some time to get, but Chris ordered them and kept me updated on delivery. We scheduled this past Monday and I picked it up Thursday morning. It looks brand new and came back clean inside and out. He also noticed that I needed new windshield wipers and took care of that for me as well. His price was competitive. “I drove to east hartford a&b recycling they said they had an axel for my 06 yukon xl we were standing at the parts vehicle and the dude was saying the axel is under the truck if you had functioning eyes it was not so from there called Andover he had one the original price was more than what the computer said so the fellas matched the lower price im glad they were understanding they disassembled the donor axel inspected it gave me a 30 day and i was on the road truck rides MINT!!Good people clean yard I will definitely be doing business with them again..thanks Andover auto parts”

“Quick, easy, and upfront. No smoke and mirrors. Straight and fair pricing. The only critique is that I thought the A/C Compressor I was getting had 58k miles on it, but I was given one with 76k. Considering it's a subaru a/c unit, they usually last a decent while, and it's my fault for not saying anything anyways so it's all the same to me.”
