“Ryan and Alicia were able to ease my worries on repairing my wife's engagement ring and wedding ring that was given to me from my grandmother which was her mothers ring. They have extreme sentimental value as I was very close to my grandmother. My wife hasn't been able to wear them in years due to issues with the bands and settings as it may damage them more. Alicia was honest about the cost, gave estimate on how much the repair would be, and risk of repairing the old rings. When I came to pick them up after dropping them off they were beautifully restored like the day I gave them to my wife at our wedding. My wife is very happy and wears them again daily priceless in my opinion. I would recommend Roy Jewelers to anyone looking for great customer service.”
“I have been coming to this place for years. The service is excellent. You get individual attention. I have bought jewelry from here, I can't complain. Each piece is unique! I also have brought jewelry in to be repaired. The prices are reasonable. I don't know why people put negative comments on the web about "Covid is over....they made me wear a mask."
