As I've navigated into adulthood they are there to answer questions about interest rates, cashier's checks, credit cards, and investing. They really care about their customers and even though I live in North Carolina now, I've kept my account open just as a savings. I know I can call anytime.”

“Went there for a personal loan and was absolutely blown away at the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of all the staff at this branch. Right in the door I met Christine who was very pleasant and had me take a seat while she finalized my loan paperwork. Then I met Deb, who double checked everything making sure I had all the documents I needed including the proceeds for my loan. THANKS SO MUCH to all the staff at this branch for making the loan process simple and quick. My own bank didn't offer a personal loan as an option. I will be banking with M & T in the future.”

Within 90 minutes she'd set up multiple accounts and completed credit card applications, PLUS she answered a heap of questions we had and helped us to make the best decisions based on our current financial situation and goals. She was able to explain everything in ways we could understand, and made sure we knew about the best deals. Ximena was also super friendly, down to earth, professional, and had a great sense of humor and joked with us. The whole experience was fantastic, and Ximena is awesome!”

“Marissa Auman the bank teller representative was so kind, sweet and helpful! She went above and beyond when I took my child to the bank. My child was looking for pennies and half dollars.She acknowledged my child by name. She couldnt find any half dollars but she was able to find it in another tellers drawer. We really appreciated her kindness and extra effort! Everyone in the bank was so nice!”
