WOH is the place to be to get your mind and your body healthy and stronger. Wakime is a great coach; he always ensures that my posture is correct to avoid injuries and for better results; and I like that he always has a planned exercise routine. I feel stronger and energized.

Great jumpstart to New Year’s goals! Friendly people in the class. Instructor very kind and knowledgeable. No judgement zone! Fast-paced HIIT. Tons of space and equipment. I enjoyed the structured, coach-led class.
