I came to this store on 10/25/23 looking for an outfit for a concert and YEMANJA was the BEST! She basically became my personal stylist and helped me pick out multiple outfits until we found the right one! I am so thankful she was able to help me. She definitely went above and beyond!

Rudest staff at Buckland Hills Mall location. It seemed like every customer annoyed them & only followed the store rules when it applied to certain people & not others! So bad I will have to contact their corporate office to place a formal complaint so maybe something will be done about their poor behavior so nobody else has to experience. Stay far away from this location!

Horrible customer service with rude employees. Store doesn’t keep the hours as advertised and closes early. Store was only opened for 2 hours on Sunday, we showed up at 11:30 AM and they closed at Noon. Tonight (Friday) store is supposed to be open until 9 and employee wouldn’t let us in at 8PM and shut the grate in our face. Staff was trash talking the management.

The dresses themselves were amazing and very affordable. However, inside the store, it was terrible. There was a large wait for the dressing room, unbelievably hot because of the large number of people, and glitter everywhere. I can understand a bit of glitter on the ground being in a boutique, but this was excessive. I would just recommend shopping online instead of in person.

I received excellent service while shopping here. April, Minysia, and Jineris were the staff members working when I was there, and they were absolutely wonderful. They were encouraging, kind, and did their jobs perfectly. I hope to see them next time I visit the shop.

The dresses are so great, great store. The staff is absolutely terrible. They’re rude, the store was dirty, and the manager had to tell the workers to actually do something like five times. Love their product but the staff is terrible

The lady who works here, i believe her name is April! She is AMAZINGG!! As i spoke about how excited i was with my dress i found! She had a blooming smile from ear to ear. She is the sweett. Best experience ??

I stopped by recently needing something to wear to my best friends wedding. I met April Proccacini and she was amazing. She helped me pick out a color that looked great with my hair and my skin tone as well as a pair of matching shoes. She was so friendly, bright and bubbly made my experience so much better! I will be back!

This store seems to be closing way before hours other than that I can alway find what I need there. CEO please fix this because today I was very upset I drove 40 mins to the store got there at 4:38 and the were closed
