Westown Pharmacy is a top of the line, mom & pop kind of a place and the best around. It is a small town neighborhood pharmacy with a talented, attentive, and highly skilled staff. The pharmacists and people behind the counter are extremely pleasant, kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They are very people oriented and truly care; you are not a number or just a customer. They remember your name quickly and provide amazing customer service. They answer questions with knowledge and patience and are always quick to fill orders, with no long waits. The pharmacy is easily accessible by phone with no waiting and offers an automated phone option for refills. Requests can also be made through their website. They do an amazing free delivery service no matter the insurance, going out of the way to accommodate special circumstances. Besides the pharmacy, they have a large Hallmark card selection, along with collectibles, gifts, and town pride items. As a long term part of the community, they are an amazing business to support.
Great little store , besides medication they have beautiful gifts and other things. A staple of Manchester.
